Our signature 20 oz. Rib Eye, cut to order right off the roll, and other great beef cuts are only part of a menu designed to be not too uppity, not too down home, but a blended variety with lots of taste surprises. Steaks, seafood, fish and more with a Chuck Wagon twist on some familiar fare and some innovative offerings are sure to delight and impress.
